30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Not happy? Email us and we'll refund you. No hoops, no hassle.
Our Philosophy
We want customers who are genuinely happy with SimpleSuite. If it's not working for you, we'd rather give you your money back than have you stuck with software you don't use. Life's too short for that.
One-Time License Purchases
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, request a refund within 30 days and we'll process it—no questions asked.
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected]
- Include your order number or the email used for purchase
- Tell us (briefly) what didn't work for you—this helps us improve, but it's optional
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
After 30 Days
After 30 days, we generally don't offer refunds on one-time purchases. However, if you encounter a significant bug that prevents the software from functioning and we can't fix it in a reasonable timeframe, we'll work something out. Just email us.
Bundle Purchases
Bundles are refunded as a whole. If you want to return just one app from a bundle, we can either refund the entire bundle (and revoke all licenses) or help you find a solution to the issue you're having.
Cloud Sync Subscriptions
For monthly cloud sync subscriptions:
- First month: Full refund if requested within 30 days
- After first month: No refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime and won't be charged again
To cancel cloud sync, go to Settings within any SimpleSuite app or email us.
Free Tools
Nothing to refund here—they're free.
What Happens to Your License
If you receive a refund, your license key is revoked. You'll need to stop using the software. Your data remains yours—export it before the refund if you want to keep it.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Obvious abuse (e.g., using the software for a project, then requesting a refund)
- Multiple refund requests from the same person
- Fraudulent purchases
These situations are rare. If you're a regular person who bought something and it didn't work out, you'll get your refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us money and time, and we almost always resolve issues faster via email. If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may be unable to do business with you in the future.
