SimpleSuite is a product of Emmaus Development LLC, based in Oklahoma, USA. We build local-first business software.

What Data We Collect

When You Use Our Apps (Local-Only Mode)

None. SimpleSuite apps store all data locally on your device using your browser's localStorage or local files. We have no servers receiving your business data. We cannot see your contacts, invoices, appointments, or any other information you enter.

When You Use Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to enable cloud sync, your data is encrypted and stored on our servers to enable multi-device access. We can see that data exists but we don't access, analyze, or sell it. Cloud sync is optional—you can use all apps without it.

When You Buy a License

We collect:

• Email address (to deliver your license key)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe—we don't store card numbers)
• Name (if you provide it)

That's it. We don't track what features you use, how often you open the app, or anything else.

When You Visit Our Website

We use basic server logs that may include your IP address and browser type. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. We don't use Google Analytics or similar services.

When You Use SimpleAI

SimpleAI connects your SimpleSuite apps to AI providers of your choice (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Groq, or Ollama). Here's what you need to know:

• We never see your AI queries or responses. Data goes directly from your computer to your chosen AI provider. We are not in the middle.
• Your API key is stored locally on your machine only. We don't have access to it.
• Ollama runs 100% locally. If you use Ollama, nothing leaves your machine—not even to an AI provider.
• Third-party providers have their own privacy policies. When you send data to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, or Groq, their privacy policies apply to that data. We encourage you to review them.

SimpleAI itself collects nothing. It's a bridge between your apps and your chosen AI provider—we don't log, store, or analyze any of your queries or responses.

What We Do With Your Data

• License delivery: We email you your license key.
• Support: If you email us, we use your email to respond.
• Cloud sync: If enabled, we store your encrypted data to sync it across your devices.

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. We don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Data Storage & Security

Local Data

Your app data is stored on your device. Security is your responsibility—we recommend regular backups (that's why we built the export feature).

Cloud Data (If Enabled)

Cloud data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Servers are located in the United States. You can delete your cloud data at any time from within the app.

Payment Data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

You can:

• Export your data anytime using the built-in export feature (JSON or CSV)
• Delete your data by clearing it from the app or deleting the app entirely
• Delete cloud data from within app settings if you use cloud sync
• Request account deletion by emailing us

Since we don't collect much data in the first place, there's not much to request or delete.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (like keeping you logged in if you have an account). We don't use tracking cookies or third-party cookies.

Children's Privacy

SimpleSuite is business software intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify customers by email.
